Dear Australia/New Zealand Distributors,
2009
has come upon us very quickly. I am so excited for this year to be
here. We have so many incredible things happening to enhance our XanGo
opportunity. For some of you this may be your first experience with
XanGo and I personally want to welcome you. Others of you have been
with the company for years. One thing is for sure—2009 will be the year
that each of you can take this opportunity to the next level.
This
letter marks the first of many that you’ll receive from me this year.
In each letter I’ll announce the winners of our monthly promotions,
share success stories, and keep you informed on the happenings in the
business. If you feel something is missing from these letters please
don’t hesitate to let me know—I want the content of these letters to
meet your needs.
This month I’d like to spotlight
a lovely couple out of the Gold Coast—Robert and Joan Lovett. The two
signed up in April of 2008 and were introduced to XanGo by Peter
Steinmuller. Robert and Joan are celebrities in their own right for
world famous documentaries and paintings as well as for their
individual stories of strength and endurance. Not only did this couple
qualify as new 5Ks in December but they also increased their volume by
42% from December to January. Of their success Robert says, “we believe
in this opportunity so much that the business is easy; people come to
us”. On behalf of the company, and myself, I would like to congratulate
Robert and Joan on their accomplishments. Thanks for all that you do
and keep up the good work!
This year we’ll be running a promotion every month leading up to the leadership retreat. We started the first of our monthly promotions for 2009 in December and are continuing that promotion through February. This promotion
is about recruiting and teamwork. The distributor who has the most
personally sponsored people in their first three levels wins. In order
to win not only will you need to recruit but you’ll need to work with
your first three levels to help them recruit as well. This is about
uplines working with downlines. It’s about building a true residual
income by empowering others and helping them succeed.
- The
first place winner each month will win two nights, dinner for two and a
day at the spa for two at the resort of your choice (travel is not
included). - The second place winner will get a GlimpseTM Intuitive Skin Care gift basket before it’s even available in our market!

Remember—the
Distributor who has the most cumulative success for December, January,
and February will win a trip for two to the 2009 Australia Leadership

As an added incentive to win the monthly promotion we are offering FREE sign ups. To get the free sign up you must have an initial order as well as sign up for ADP.
The 2009 leadership retreat
is for 20Ks and above. So if you’re a 20K and you win the trip, guess
what? You can gift the trip to anyone in your downline and we’ll give
you $500USD to spend at the leadership retreat. This year’s retreat
will be three days of the best XanGo experience ever! The first two
days will be all fun and activities followed by a full day of training
and business building. All Distributors are invited to attend the
training and business building on the final day. Watch for details as
the event approaches.

Glimpse VIP Promotion
Earn a chance to become a Glimpse VIP every month leading up to the Glimpse launch in Australia and New Zealand. Starting in February and ending in April become a Glimpse VIP by meeting one of the following qualifications:
- Personally sponsor 5 new distributors on 200PV ADP in one month
- Advance 1 rank (go from 1K to 5K, 5K to 20K, etc)
- Be paid as a premiere
There
are no limits to how many times you qualify. When you qualify as a
Glimpse VIP you will receive two boxes of Glimpse samples. You will
also receive a special gift and be recognized as a Glimpse VIP at the
Glimpse launch meeting.

All-Stars Promotion
Starting February 1st thru the end of September you can earn a trip to Convention. All Australian and New Zealand distributors who have never reached the rank of 5K could be flying to Utah for the 2009 Convention in October. Here’s how it works:
- Qualify
as a new 5K, sponsor a total of 3 new Distributors on 200 PV ADP and
hold your new Rank for 3 consecutive months.
- The 3 new Distributors must be sponsored in different legs.
- No more than 50% of the 5Ks volumes can come from 1 leg.
- Qualify as a new 20K, have 1 new personally sponsored 5K in a new leg and hold your new Rank for 3 consecutive months.
- Qualify as a new Premier Select.
The Prize:
5K:
- 1 flight to Salt Lake City
- 1 2009 Convention registration
20K:
- 1 Flight to Salt Lake City
- 1 2009 Convention registration
- 4 Nights hotel
Premier Select:
- 2 Flights to Salt Lake City

Lastly,
I encourage you to attend as many meetings as you can and to bring as
many people to them as you can. There will be some great announcements
at the meetings—and Dr. Templeman will be there to give some great
insight into the products.
