Kent Wood appointed to the position of President of Xango LLC.

Xango has announced the appointment of Kent Wood to the position of President of Xango LLC. The announcement is made by Aaron Garrity, CEO of the company.

The
XanGo Board continues to develop and implement an organizational
strategy that facilitates evolution into a global, multi-billion-dollar
company. To this end, the XanGo Board has approved the promotion and
recruitment of top-level talent to execute these initiatives. As we
continue to roll out our organizational structure, it is with great
pleasure that I announce the promotion of my friend and partner, Kent Wood, to President of XanGo, LLC.

Kent
is an amazing talent. His expertise, sound reasoning and knack for
numbers make Kent especially well suited to take on this enhanced role
for XanGo…analyzing and refining the company from within. Without his
contributions, XanGo would not be where it is today. As the founder
charged with overseeing our finances, Kent was responsible for raising
XanGo’s start-up capital and repaying our investors nearly
two-and-a-half years ahead of schedule. He then built an accounting and
finance team that has managed record-setting growth for this industry.
In the past two years, Kent has overseen the enhancement of our
sourcing and manufacturing capabilities, allowing us the ability to
source and distribute from several locations throughout the world.
During that time, Kent had keen oversight in the expansion of our worl
dwide logistics network, the construction of our 29-acre global campus,
as well as our various international offices. Finally, and most
recently, Kent oversaw an amazing team of professionals in the
development and brilliant launch of an astounding IT infrastructure. As
always, Kent is not comfortable with taking the credit for any of these
accomplishments himself, preferring to edify and recognize the team of
experts he has mobilized to achieve these remarkable successes.
However, his contributions cannot be measured, and we look forward to
his continued dynamic leadership as he assumes the position of company
President.

In
Kent’s new role, he will assume the role of corporate President and
will continue to report to me as CEO. Kent will focus on XanGo’s
internal operations and functions to ensure that we grow and refine all
the disciplines and processes necessary to meet the demands of our
phenomenal global growth. As a result, he will oversee all operational
disciplines within the company. This includes manufacturing, supply
chain, logistics and quality assurance while continuing to direct
finance, accounting, information technology and facilities. As XanGo’s
newly named President, I have also asked Kent to serve as chairman of
the company’s Executive Committee.

During
our first five years, XanGo has achieved success never before seen in
the history of direct sales—and we’re only getting started. Our next
five years will mark the greatest global expansion and market
development undertaken by a single company in the history of our
industry.

Please join me and my partners in congratulating Kent in his new role.
