Great news! The new XanGo online distributor management system—MYXANGO OFFICE—will launch on Monday, September 24, 2007
for all distributors worldwide. With this advanced system comes a
number of dramatic differences—from the overall look and feel to
enhanced organizational reports—and we hope you recognize the
tremendous benefits of these changes. As we move toward the launch
date, the details of this transition are extremely important. Please
read this e-mail carefully to learn more about your MYXANGO OFFICE.
LOG-IN
- You can
access the updated system by simply clicking the “LOG-IN” button in the
top left corner of your market-specific XanGo website. - At
the log-in page, enter your distributor ID and password. This
information has not changed; you should use the same ID and password
you have always used. - Upon
entering this information, you will be logged into the new MYXANGO
OFFICE and you will have access to the new system and tools.
MYXANGO OFFICE FEATURES
- MYXANGO
OFFICE contains the standard information and tools found in the current
system while also boasting many new features, including multiple ways
to track and build your XanGo business.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- While the
MYXANGO OFFICE has undergone thousands (and thousands) of hours of
testing, it is still possible that you will experience a few small
hiccups. If something doesn’t quite look right or if you receive an
error message, please e-mail webtools@xango.com.
Our attention will be focused on your feedback and we appreciate your
help in resolving any final issues uncovered after the launch. - A new
core system has been constructed and installed at XanGo headquarters.
The existing Back Office that has been in use for years has been
configured to work with the new core system and you will have continued
access to the reports found in the existing Back Office even after the
new MYXANGO OFFICE launches. You may notice some changes in those
reports due to the upgrades of the new core system. We hope you are
comfortable with these changes and understand that they are a necessary
part of the overall improvement of the XanGo technology systems.
So…check
out the new MYXANGO OFFICE on September 24. This remarkable new system
will provide you with advanced tools and enhanced efficiency to help
manage your growing XanGo business.
