The Star newspaper in Malaysia featured Xango in a full page writeup in its Sunday Star edition on 8 July 2007.
Xango co-founder Joe Morton (& President of International) was interviewed and he shared his story of how he was in Malaysia in the 1990's and how he was introduced to the "King of Fruits" - the durian, and more excitingly when he encountered the "Queen of Fruits" - the mangosteen.

He recalls: “Eating the durian would make your
body heaty but having the mangosteens afterwards would cool you down. I
was told it was a matter of yin and yang, that eaten together, they
create a balance.”
